Anti-Wrap Swing Hanger Use and Benefits

These non-wrap swing set hangers prevent swing chains from getting caught on top of swing sets and wrapping around the pipe when swung over the bar. As a safety precaution, the swing hanger keeps stress from the chain and fasteners, so they don’t become prematurely worn from friction.

Our anti-wrap hangers with shackle pendulum have a smoother top to better meet protrusion regulations.

  • 3 ½” O.D. hanger fits a standard schedule 40 3″ pipe
  • Shackle pendulum with ½” opening

Installation Information

  • The non-wrap swing hangers can replace playground swing hangers without dismantling the swing set
  • Do not torque more than 25ft-lbs when installing
