Our poured in place rubber repair kits allow playground owners, associations, and organizations to repair their playground surfacing without contracting a vendor. Each kit includes pre-measured materials and instructions on how to repair your playground surface. Our poured in place rubber is made from recycled material components sourced from the USA.
Poured in place surfacing is a 2-layer system consisting of a base layer and top layer; the typical thickness range is 1-3/4″ to 5-1/2″. The poured in place rubber repair kit offers a top layer repair kit consisting of EPDM rubber and a bottom layer repair kit consisting of SBR rubber.
Depending on the depth of the hole or crack, you will need to purchase the top layer or base layer repair kit. How to select the correct kit type:
- Top Layer Kit – repairing the top ½ inch of surfacing
- Bottom Layer Kit – repairing the bottom 2 to 4 inches of surfacing (depth depends on fall height)
PIP repair kits come pre-measured with all the materials needed. You will need the following safety and maintenance equipment when using the kit.

- Trowel
